MILANESE GENTLEMAN* 14% vol.
Gin, shiso leaves, aloe, kefir, cypress. Birch bark.


BAXTER CLIPPER* 9,5% vol.
Tequila, walnuts, sandalwood, milk oolong tea and Marsala wine from the Florio’s wine house. Robinia bark.


CUP COCONUT 9,5% vol.
Genever, lychee juice, cardamom leaves, coconut butter, fine sherry and Palo cortado. Curry leaves.


BUTTERED SHERRY COOBLER* 12% vol.
Rhum, pippin and granny smith apple juice, butter with fine sherry and Palo Cortado. Lemon.


TRIP D’ARABIA 13% vol.
Gin, pink grapefruit, spruce, carrot, fine sherry, pomegranate vinegar. Maldon salt.


5° CHAKRA ALL’ITALIANA 15% vol.
Gin, tangerine, vermouth, carrot, kombucha, olive oil, incense. Wild fennel.


SINGAPORE SUPERMARKET* 9,5% vol.
Vodka, rhubarb, curry leaves, kefir. Dwarf pine. Drops of Indonesian Arak.


DI MODICA CUP 12,5% vol.
Gin, Modica chocolate, black tea, fine sherry and drops of absinthe.


MR COLOMBO 10,5% vol.
Gin, saffron, coriander leaves, rice milk, pineapple juice, liquorice.


CHINA BOXER* 10% vol.
Rhum, almond, green tea, Marsala, ginseng. Liquorice.


We regularly serve classic cocktails in addition to a wide range of spirits.
Non-alcoholic drinks follow the course of seasons. Just ask the staff which non-alcoholic blends have been prepared.
